I find this "documentary" to be dull. I had to fast forward to select the part where they really talk about their music.
Let me make it short, Jimmy page might have done way too many interviews, I totally understand, I mean if I were him, I would have run out of things to say, or just simply hate to repeat things I have told millions of times.
and I am not very into Jack White. I find his music too raw and moody. It's just me. But Tom Waits is raw and moody, but he makes a lot sense to me. Jack white definitely experiments with many ways to play a guitar, but that's nothing new, I think he just does it wrong.
The edge, on the other hand, is pretty amazing, The edge is underrated, his guitar playing is quite simple but amazing. He doesn't "borrow" from anyone else, but create a whole new way to playing.I like the way he always puts on this big smile to others.

It might get loud，這部電影的中文譯名叫《吉他英雄》。翻譯的人估計(jì)是個(gè)搖滾迷，看著Jimmy Page，The Edge，Jack White這三個(gè)人的名頭，給了個(gè)跟這英文片名毫不相干的名字。而這個(gè)英文名的取名者，也就是導(dǎo)演，居然根本就不是個(gè)搖滾迷，而記者問(wèn)他為什么選擇這三個(gè)人時(shí)，導(dǎo)演還很搞笑的說(shuō)了句“我也想找Jimi Hendrix啊”。話說(shuō)回來(lái)，正因?yàn)檫@個(gè)導(dǎo)演并不迷戀搖滾樂(lè)，才能用這樣一種寫(xiě)實(shí)甚至有點(diǎn)清新的方式表現(xiàn)出三位吉他大師的內(nèi)心世界。
花白頭發(fā)的Jimmy爺，略顯蒼老的Edge叔，加上依然有著青春活力的Jack，三個(gè)年齡段的吉他手，讓我不得不佩服導(dǎo)演的選人。

坦白說(shuō), 我并不喜歡看紀(jì)錄片. 尤其是這類擺拍而沒(méi)有多少紀(jì)實(shí)性的紀(jì)錄片. 3個(gè)吉他手在攝影棚里圍坐在一起聊天, 對(duì)音樂(lè)不感興趣的人來(lái)說(shuō)更沒(méi)有什么吸引力可言. 3人的成就地位拋開(kāi)不談, 就電影的角度來(lái)看, 如此隨性的安排布置, 聊天過(guò)程中穿插著零星的閃回和訪談, 完全沒(méi)有情節(jié)故事的東西對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)看起來(lái)實(shí)在太累了. 我甚至沒(méi)有耐心從頭到尾一次看完.只有在Jack White講到他童年和家鄉(xiāng)的時(shí)候仔細(xì)回頭看了幾遍, (題外話, Jack White在3人中比較特殊, 我感興趣的是一個(gè)生長(zhǎng)于80年代的底特律白人小男孩, 是如何在一個(gè)黑人文化泛濫的地方習(xí)得Blues音樂(lè)的影響)
每當(dāng)鏡頭前臺(tái)下萬(wàn)人合唱, 臺(tái)上吉他手們千嬌百媚, 手中吉他上下飛,意外的發(fā)現(xiàn), 這對(duì)現(xiàn)在的我來(lái)說(shuō)觸動(dòng)少了太多了. Stairways to heaven也僅僅讓我開(kāi)大了點(diǎn)音量.換做5年前, 我不在屏幕前感動(dòng)的*&^$%才是奇怪,
但是Anvil的偽紀(jì)錄片我卻非常開(kāi)心的看完了, 而且刻盤保存(我有看完電影就刪, 幾乎不看第二遍的習(xí)慣), 不是因?yàn)锳nvil的故事比他們3人更好更精彩, 而是影片中他們的故事是如此平凡. 平凡到你看著他們就會(huì)想到自…
