Three groups of teenage friends from Quebec are going through difficult changes. The process of inventing their own bodies and identities is being recorded by their smartphones and shared with peers from other parts of the online world. Due to their strong need for external confirmation, they turned their lives into a series of edited photos and videos. However, the movie camera captured their emptiness, loneliness, and deep-seated insecurity, which are not as appealing to Periscope, TikTok, or Instagram.
