不可否認Desperate Romantics還是挺忠于史實的，但畢竟是電視劇，難免為了戲劇效果有所夸張或者忽略。
拉斐爾前派這三個人——BBC還有個講拉斐爾前派的紀錄片，Millias那邊的八卦第二集中間那段講的就蠻清楚的。而且今年后半年還有Dakota Fanning老蘿莉出演的《Effie》，講的就是他老婆的事兒，到時候再說也不遲。至于Hunt，他的八卦雖然也挺勁爆（比如后來娶了自己老婆的妹妹），其實不如在藝術(shù)史上的成就有趣。后人一般當做印象派才開始的創(chuàng)舉性的技巧：在刷白的畫布上作畫，其實最早的實踐者是Hunt（比如劇里面那只被嘲諷了的羊，就是用了這種技巧才畫很強烈的光感與spirituality，其實是拉斐爾前派最重要的作品之一）。順帶一提，雖然劇名叫Desperate Romantics，拉斐爾前派的創(chuàng)作很多時候是被歸類在Realism里面的，或者是在Romantism的第二階段后期。
所以，最值得八卦的還是劇里的主角，Dante Gabriel Rossetti，還有他的那些女模特兼職情人們，藝術(shù)史上統(tǒng)稱“Fair Ladies”。其實看Rossetti的畫，明顯能看出來他喜歡的都是很典型的一類女人長相——不看發(fā)色…
