A German television director was sent to Spain to report on the 50th anniversary of the Spanish Civil War in this dull TV drama. He spends most of his time wasting time unrelated to the projects assigned to him. During the director's half hearted research on a historical event that he knew almost nothing about, documentary clips of the war were presented, but no new insights were given.
